I look so epic in the gym when I do this routine. I got quite a few comments on how good I looked. It’s a great feeling. Pec wasn’t too bad while pressing either. I felt it flex hard but it wasn’t uncomfortable.

Got back to benching today. Pec was a little bit funky and I didn’t push the reps but it wasn’t awful to where I thought it was unsafe. Pretty great session overall today.

Deadlifts keep coming up fast. It’s a great feeling. Pretty good day today. Lifted on a shake and a Poptart because I have an O Chem 1 Action Center to go to later. School comes first!
