Based on your response, it sounds that you are unfamiliar with training to failure. I recommend starting with DoggCrapp training as I find Rest-Pause sets to be the best teacher of failure. Doing this for 3+ months is probably sufficient to learn the broad strokes of intensity expected and volume management.
At that time, i would recommend moving over to TBJP. Of course, you could also just run DC forever too. No one ever got smaller running DC.
If you are not that experienced in the gym, i would recommend starting with a strength template like Phraks Greyskull LP until your big 3 are around 1,000lb total. At that time, moving to DoggCrapp seems very reasonable.
