Joints/Deca or Other Options

If i just run a test cycle for 15 weeks, i know my joints are going to probably kill me due to others telling me. they say they run deca with it to help that … i was thinking to run npp but that isnt an option for me right now. i think i want to stay away from deca or maybe if its the only option i will run it at a low dosage and have arimadex on stand-by. ANY ideas?

I run test for 5 monthsz straight. My joints are fine.

did you gain like 25 pounds in three months bc thats what i plan on doing… i think if i do that and run and do what i do, my joints are going to be sore and hurting

i think im going to run EQ with my cycle

Started at a really lean 208, got at an even leaner 224. Also, don’t plan ahead what you will gain. Eat whatever you have too, but let the weight handle itself.

Yeah thanks for the info brother

Eq is known for increasing tendon strength not lubrication of the joints like deca.

TB500

Been on deca for the first time for the last few weeks.

Test never really made my joints feel bad in and of itself, but I do go through bouts of tendonitis/ bursitis in areas that I push hard. Used to be subacrimonal bursitis years back from poor pressing, then had some hip bursitis recently from ultra wide squatting, and now am dealing with knee bursitis or maybe patellar tendonitis. Mere overuse and not enough soft tissue work usually causes it but it tends to persist.

So I wanted to try deca to see if it would help speed up my knee health along with mandatory pre-leg day foam rolling. I can say that I definitely feel a difference in terms of comfort, a mild reduction in swelling (unless I’m not careful) but while it does feel better, you can tell that the underlying inflammation is still there. I believe its helping a good deal, but its not the panacea I was crossing my fingers over.

Deca will provide inflammation relief but isn’t a catch all solution. Being reasonable and not falling into the ego lift game goes farther towards keeping joint health than any additional drugs. That being said, deca and eq gives you added collagen synthesis and inflammation relief…var can be subbed in as well.
