Been off the board for a few days just due to bad attitude in general. Not from the gym mind you, a bad attitude there just makes me more intense. Im just pissed in general over little shit, so my attitude becomes …Stay away from people, work out hard, eat right, focus and think…way too much thinking.
Anyway…FO and Gluco…been doing it awhile and I cant say its a big gain over gluco by itself. If I lift heavy (as I am)I still hurt, a lot.
Ive noticed how fast cardio drops off, and it sucks. I was doing 30 minutes a day of hard cardio, now 10 minutes and Im hating it. Plus I can feel it in other ways. I will probably add a little in at the end of my workouts, just to say Im doing it.
Leaddog, I now what you mean about the bad attitude…If you are lifting heavy without a break, you may need to look into a deload period. Sometimes the attitude issues is a sign that you need a little time off. Watch your appetite also. If performance, attitude, and appetite all drop at the same time, then you probably need some recovery time.

How did you know I didnt eat between 6 am yesterday and 6 pm?
Had a great workout though. Would have been even better with a spotter. Didnt suffer at all for not eating.
Lot of times I’ll go all day without eating and it seems to improve my lifting. I hate to lift with a full stomach. Can’t give you any advice on cardio. I look at the figure models for mine. Glad you’re posting again.
