Decided to try the 531 BBB as nutty/simo suggested when I get back January. For now, just gonna wing it and try to work up to top sets with the Sq/Bench DL/OHP and have fun.

In the province for the holidays, so a different gym for a while. Lots of new toys, really enjoyed the trap bar, felt really good. Wish my usual gym has one.

Not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Took me about 80mins total.

Yeah, 5x10 on two lifts in a session sounds bad. And all the supersets. Good thing I chose conservative weights.

I see. Looking forward to your gains. If you keep this up, I may just be a pussy about not doing FSL for both lifts lol

Tried to keep the workout within 1hr. Huffed and puffed the entire time. Heart rate never went below 130. I guess this counts as a cardio session :joy:

Planning on testing 1RMs or maybe a 2RM by end of June 2020.
Mid year goals:
Deadlift - 365 lbs
Squats - 275 lbs
Bench - 185 lbs
OHP - 115 lbs

Nutrition wise - eat at least 80% clean and not gain too much fat.

I’d like to try and catch up to you, but I’ll have to see what I can accomplish by 2nd week of march. I’m not sure if ill have access to a gym after that so goodbye gainz
