Job Change, On My Ass a Lot

I was a tech and I was on my feet taking stairs 90% of the day which let me stick with my diet and still stay lean. I was promoted to systems admin last winter and I am sagging and I need some advice. I am 6ft6 250lbs right now.

Quick diet:
B- 10 liquid egg whites
S1- 40g Whey protein
L- chicken breast and a plain yam
S2- 40g whey protein
PrWO- Shake (green banana, natural PB, 25g whey, skim milk)
PoWO- Chicken breast or 8oz ground sirloin, brn rice or yam
S3- 25g shake
Nite- 1.5 cups low fat cottage cheese

Right now I am a broke mo-fo so I have ZERO supps. Not even a multi. I am slowly gathering my next cycle (Tren.TestP.Venom/ECA staggering). I need to get my supps before I even think about starting my cycle

Sorry for the long winded explanation, but I literally site on my ass 5-6 hours while at work. I know I need to up my cardio, but are my nutrients fugged up? I am trying to suppress the carbs while at work, but the only thing is I feel like shit when I get to the gym. I know the cycle will help me lean out quite a bit, but any other help would be greatly appreciated. I get super busy with my systems so I sometimes eat at my desk.

I’m on my ass a lot too, just eat less except before/after your workouts.

Take frequent breaks for laps around the cube farm or hit the stairwell at lunch.
