Since I just did two bench workouts in a row I started with The deadlift
I was supposed to get
Deadlift 325 5x4 It actually worked into 2x4 1x3 1x4 1x1 I had to split it in two as well,
My knees began to cave in on the last set so I called it at that. I liked that I had to to Hit deads for a decent amount of volume since I hate doing heavydeads for reps in this percentile range.

I have trained three times since my last post.
The first two were mostly light db presses with 70s and rear delt shoulder abs type of bb styled training.
Today I did the last 915 session for the week, well more like the rep scheme/template
Bench 180 5x4 Possibly only 4 sets and it was supposed to be 5x2 day but the weight was moving nicely.
Squats 260 5x4 Stayed tight whole way through, I mentally don’t like to train more than three sets, but the 5th set wasnt hard, volume is good.

Harder then I expected. Did them at night after eating all day. Missed last reps on two sets couldn’t flip arms quick enough. Not bad though other reps felt good some felt perfect others were sloppy

got 175 for 2 sets of 5 last set I got 7 so it is getting better by a bit.
The wife just copped a whip, maybe now I can start driving to the gym since biking and work makes me tired for training.
I am going to get back to 531, 915 was good and I hate that I stopped halfway through but work and such was taking it’s toll I switched locations and have to bike 40 mins to work. I have still been training and playing futbol. Just not on a program currently

I was stronger and looking bigger, the aspect that was hard was going into a workout to do reps with weights I wasn’t used to doing more than 3-5 reps with or sets. I learned that it is good to lift heavier things for more reps than usual, I get stuck into a certain way of thinking which is good to break.
That being said I don’t want to be pushing to a head of myself so I like using a 531 template and adding volume around the main lifts. I enjoy this method the most. Also I can use some higher reps for assistance, I have been getting positive feedback from friends family co workers I get called muscles here and there which is nice, it’s funny cuz on this site I am considered anorexic by our high standards but in everyday life I’m “big” lol.

I have a bunch of workouts to log from my new 531 cycle. I set the weights low because I have felt like shit at work and in the gym in previous weeks. I feel well rested and had two days off after 8 on so I’m recharged and ready to go.
