I took 3 months off from training because of work. I was doing 12 hour days everyday working like a dog so I had no energy to train. Since the season is over and I got a part time job now I’m back training. The squat when I got back felt out of groove and 2plates felt heavy as shit. The last week when I repped 275 it started to feel right again. Started back light just to get in the groove again. I will set numbers higher for this cycle of 531. That’s crazy about the flesh eating disease , your lucky to still have a leg.

You are one tough sob man seems like you could get through anything, it’s good to use someone like yourself’s tribulations to put your own stuff into perspective. Life is definitely crazy at times but you can get through anything with a strong will and determination. Venison meat is the bomb, my cousin’s up in carleton place give me some time to time it is tastier than the store bought junk. Good luck with your aim, you’ll need it!

That being said my front squat and press is starting to feel stronger. I will get back to the last numbers I hit though, and surpass them, temporary inconveniences can’t stop me.

That was about it did a few muscle ups as well.Chins I now try to do at least 30 to 50 a day will increase this number.

Bench feels like crap squats felt easy.
Next time I squat I am going to go for over 3 plates and see what I can do in that range.

315x4 w/o belt… Side note, my back or ribs have been bruised for the past couple of weeks due to a go karting accident. My 260 pound friend ran into my side going pretty fast while I was stalled out in some tires. I was instantly swinded and thought I may have broken something. I think it is just a bruise, OVH press and rows really hurt and I can feel the bruise while I squat as well. I think training around it is good since I am able to. This way I can look good naked.

On the first few reps with 90 my injury and shoulder were bothering me.
I then started pausing at my chin, going down to my chest seems to pull the bruise
I went up to 130 for 3 solid reps and decided to do weighted chins and flies

Tricep extensions I went until almost about failure, around 6 or so sets maybe more supersetted with dips.

w 35 dbs, I can get 10 or more solid fluid reps with this weight w/40s I fling them to fast to get a constant tension so I feel dropping weights on isolation and feeling it more is better for building the bi’s.
Going to do light stuff @ home today cleans calfs abs lol

315 FOR 4 IS A BELTLESS PR, I now believe that mental toughness is the key ingredient to squatting things that feel heavy I almost stopped at 3 reps but I knew if I pushed it I would get the last rep. I think when I throw the belt on again I should hit some nice numbers for reps wont go for a max for a bit just wanna grease the groove

Played some hockey outside last night felt my back being very tight. WAS TONNES OF FUN THOUGH

Trained two days ago and caught a few moments of RUM 8 or whatever it’s called.
squat worked up to a ax and used a belt for the final two sets
I believe I only tripled 315,
then on 335 I did not set up right and used all my strength to unrack the bar which hurt my shoulder it felt like it went outta place,
I still repped it once. Yesterday it felt on fire, I also have been walking alot and working a bit.
I did some bench and rows and other things I think now that I have some maxes worked out again I will get back to the old school 531 and add more drop down volume and work on my technique since I have not been to consistent y form has gotten bad.
I will correct this.
