On the whole, I’m taking too long to get through these rotations. This was pretty much the first workout where I really felt the effects. I gotta work on getting more sleep and eating more in the morning while I’m at work. Hopefully this will pick up the energy levels some.

Rode the stationary bike for half an hour then did some abdominal work - something I’ve really neglected the past six months.

Time to start rethinking how I do this day. Shoulders and elbows are tender and I think it’s from not stretching enough (duh) and also adding the military press to my bench day. Maybe I’ll try and make it more of a shoulder focus day moving forward.
