People who can see their abs are the ones who typically complain about creatine cramps. Me, I’ve never had a problem with cramping.
That is too funny. You can have every extra ounce of my belly fat if you want it, I got no use for it.
This is funny, and true. I hear so many complain at everything they consume, both supplement and food wise. I can drink too much one night, next day eat too much, and consume every crappy supp the healthfood store has to offer, and rarely do I feel any pain in my stomach, or cramping, or whatever it feels like. Bloaty, yes, but pain, no.
Jack, so you have the prowler, now what are you going to do with it?
I was going to push that fucker tonight after squats, but unexpected shit got in the way, so no squats either. Hopefully tomorrow.

Secret to keep (oh shit this is the internet): The prowler can take very little time, and produce a lot of results. the 40yd x 10 trips x 90lbs x 60 seconds rest, I got from my training partner who got it from his friend who came up with this 5/3/1 crap. The goal is to start with 90lbs and work up to the same sets/rest with 180. I need to buy some more plates. But anyway, I found out through trial and error that it doesn’t take too long to get this done, but never let your wife know. One night I said “well, gonna stop and do the prowler” response: I need you home now!!! “Okay honey”. Two weeks later, got the call after squatting, on the way to do the prowler: “Honey are you on your way home?” “No, I am still in the gym. Dumbass thinks he can do 1200 with 200 in chains with straps down, I have to spot, then I will be home”. Response: OK dear, that sounds like they need you, see you when you get here. Then I stopped, pushed the sled for a very short amount of time, and drove home feeling like I wanted to puke. True story, through and through.
