Great physique man!If you dont mind me asking what does your diet look like?
Well, I have lifted but to be honest grappling has done it for me as well. Eating clean is also very important. Also, I have not done very many traditional “bodybuilding” workouts. It’s been mostly for performance a la “caveman”. Lots of tire flipping, sledge hammers, sleds, ropes, etc…
Diet includes: fish, chicken, oatmeal, wild rice, eggs, Metabolic Drive, lots of veggies and fruit (berries mostly), red meat sometimes. Zero sugars, zero carbs with a glycemic index of 50 or more. No carbs past 3:00 pm.
from a physique stand point(which im not claiming to know shit about) you prolly wouldnt win a bodybuilding competition, but i wouldnt ever fuck with you. your numbers make me wanna cry in self pity, luckily your squats not much higher than mine!! if you improve on squats youll be in a VERY good place, but i wish i had deads like that or benches anywhere NEAR that!
