This might be one of the best questions I’ve been asked in the past year or so.
It would be:
Medium
Light
Heavy
Light
Medium
Heavy
There is probably a lot of cool things you could do with this but I don’t really think (actually I know) that it won’t make any difference for majority of people. This, however, could be used for an advanced lifter and probably manipulate the volume/intensity. Personally, I have no desire to mess with this; everyone I’ve work with is a beginner, including myself at this point. But if you love this shit, have at it. It’s incredibly interesting.
