well i can’t see how it was in an anterior tilt position. Or another way to think about it is was her spine in the best possible position to withstand all the forces that were acting on it? There is more shear force on her vertebra, on that third attempt. And while people do squat this way its just a matter of time before back problems arise. ( note : I already said she’s quite a champion, so before you remark remember that).

Do us all a favor and shut the fuck up. It’s a max squat her form isn’t going to be perfect. Stop pretending to be a doctor. People do actual good mornings with 400+ pounds and they’re doing just fine.
