Hip flexors HURT like a biatch at start but by 3rd set of squats It didnt bother me at all. Doing pullups in a doorway bar is horrible. Want to go like 6in further out on my grip but cant. I need to buy a few pieces of equipment and a few more weights to maximize my training but I feel my gains are coming along nicely, cant wait to compare before and after pics.
Somethings have come up with traveling… so I may not be able to complete the program in the exact way it was designed. Hopefully I will only miss 1 day of lifting but it may be more unfortunately.
Ok this is really pissing me off… I get a F’n sql error everytime i try to click the link for my log… after refreshing 20 times I finally get it to load only to see that my last 2 posts disapeared…WTF… posted in tech support and didnt get a response.

After taking my one day off to go out of town(16’th)… my motivation is gone. Yesterday(17’th) was the first time in months that I absolutly hated having to lift. Today feels like its going to be the same way. I was going to lift 2x for two days in a row to finish the program on time but I dont even know If I’ll lift once today let alone twice.
I quit the supper accumulation program a couple days early and have been resting the last two days, Im gona start a new program tommorow (friday) Its a upper/lower split that i came up with nothing special…will post at end.
I feel like ive put on some muscle…and my strength has gone up. I deffinitly can see some changes in the mirror from a month ago. Will post pictures this weekend from about 7 weeks ago and current.
The supper accumulation program is NO JOKE. It was a real testosterone check for me squating every day and dead lifting like crazy will really test ya. Not to mention being sore and having to workout TWICE in one day.
Three day upper/lower split
Day1 Upper
Bench 6x4
Bent row 6x4
Military press 5x5
pull up 3xf
skull crushers 3x10-12
curls 3x10-12
Day2 Lower
Squat 6x4
Deadlift 6x4
Leg curl 3x8
calf raises 2xf
ab work
Day 3 off day
Still might switch some things up before I lift tommorow, any input on it would be appreciated.
Update Pictures, These are just about 7 weeks apart and I think there is a positive change. Wasn’t cutting so of course no dramatic fat loss, weight is the within 2lbs of what it was 7 weeks ago.
BTW 5’9 199lbs as of this morning. I think I was 197in the b4 pics.(7 weeks apart) Heres how my progress has looked in terms of performance.
Squat +40lbs aprox. and more importantly getting DEEP into them now
Deadlift… im not sure but it has sky rocketed +80lbs if i had to geuss
bench +20lbs
My vertical has also increased 4in(Can’t wait to add some plyometrics once I start my cut)
Of course they are some newb gains but I worked my ass off for em and am proud.
Had more pictures but im tired of fucking with this website trying to get it to work for me. Might put some leg pics up later this week.
Plan as of now is to bump the carbs up some for 2-3 weeks and try to get to a constant weight of 200+, this last week it has flucuated from 194-197 and peaked at 199 today.(it will drop down to 197 tommorow) Then the trimming down for summer begins.
