You’ve made some killer progress man. especially the definition on your back. Way to go. It’s a real motivator for me, except I’m starting on the light side of the spectrum. I still have some fat to lose but who doesn’t.
Sorry about all your piss poor luck in Raleigh, my grandparents live about 3 hours south of you and don’t experience any of that!
Keep on keepin’ on!

Thanks for the kind words. I’m glad if my progress can be some motivation for people. Personally I could never workout for more than a month straight before i took 3-4 months off. Not untill i started my log did I put lifting infront of watching tv…playing computer games…and over sleeping on my todo list.
but anyways cant grow if you dont lift heavy shit so heres how todays lifting went.
Decline wide bench 120-5 170-5 220-4 250-3x6
Decline flys 40’s 12,10,10
Seated arnold press 50’s 8,7,5
ez bar curl 85-9,8 65-17
Pull over press 85lb-10,9 65-12
ALSO, yesterdays lifting failed:
Close grip chins bw+30- 8,5 bw-10,9
tried to do db rows but my lower back has been bugin me and started to tighten up and cause some pain so I called it a day.
Need/Want supplements badly but all my money is going to my car maintnence…=( no whey left, almost out of blended protein, almost out of creatine… I got some cinnamon pills and cheap fish oil left thats about it.
I’ll probobly be dreaming of chocolate Surge tonight.

11/1
Deadlifts- warm up then 402-3x8(touch and go)
Walking lunges 140lbs 2x8(per leg)
Sissy squats 40-12,12 (10 sec rest) bw-15
Do they call them deadlifts because dead is how you feel after doing them???
the walking lunges after that damn near made my heart beat out of my chest.
the pump/burn in my quads from sissy squats were actually enough to make me fall to my ass while attempting to walk down the stairs shortly after my workout.
So I pussied out and didnt do any leg curls or calf work but I could care less because i fuckin ROCKED the deadlift.

I can’t believe the sick progress you have made. It’s absolutely incredible. Amazing numbers, and the before/after pics just scream dedication.
Glad to see someone else is enjoying the OVT program.
Great job… great job. I hope I can emulate some of your results.

Thanks for such kind words. I’m glad to see there are ppl out there followin the log.
Yesterdays workout looked like this:

A2-Lunges 110-5,5,5
B1)Sumo deadlift 330-5,5,5

Cut this workout way short… was not feeling it at all. Not to mention it got cold recently and my garage is like 40 degrees.
Today is chest/back day and i think im going to have to switch all the benching to db’s since my girl isnt here to spot me.
pre workout meal for today- bowl of mini wheats and bowl of left over chicken fajita filling… not ideal but it’ll have to work.
Looking forward to pushing myself this workout and rewarding myself with 2 delicious scoops of Surge that just arrived at my door 15 mins ago.
