Jazz's First Cycle Log!

Quick Questions guys

I did my 4th injections this morning. When i pulled the needle out, more blood came out than usual. Not a whole lot, but enough to drip.

Afterwards, i had a small bump like the one you get from a mosquito bite and it subsided in about 15-20 min. Now I can feel a small bump that feels like its on the inside of my glute. It doesnt hurt at all and the injection was not painful.

My questions are:
1.Did I loose Test in this injection and if so should I Inject again?

2.Is the bump anything to be worried about, like an abcess maybe?

You probably passed through a blood vessel on your way in, hence more blood.

Of course you’re going to have a small bump, you’re shooting oil into your ass, obviously it’s not getting instantly absorbed.

An abscess would not form and then disappear in 20 minutes. Use your head.

I’m with everybody else here. I see no weight difference and I certainly see no complete physique change. Pull your head out of your ass and realize you will only get so much out of this. Now let’s see something besides your gut.

No offense, but if this is after a 17 lb drop, then you were way off on bf% calculation/estimates buddy.

I just realized that I mistakenly posted my pic before my diet which is why I look bigger. My new pics do show a small difference in BF%. I will get those and some other poses up soon.

I did get an unbiased bf measurement done the day I started my cycle and turns out I wasnt too far off. I started at 17%bf (actually 16.7)

Well it’s not a matter of feeling sorry for it. It’s a matter of fucking dealing with it and straightening it out. Emotions just slow the whole bunch of bullshit down anwyay.

My Training roughly looks like this:

Monday: Chest & Tricep Day (I train with friends)
Flat Bench 3 sets
Incline Bench 3 sets
Dumbell Flat Bench 2 sets
Decline Flat Bench 2 sets
Pulldowns 3 sets
Close Grip Press (With EZ Bar)

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: Deadlift(Squat)day
Deadlift 5 sets
Rows 3 sets
Calf Raises 4 Sets
Chin Ups 2 sets

Thursday: Off

Friday: Shoulders Day
Shoulder Presses 3 Sets
Shoulder Shrugs 4 sets
Lateral Raises 3 sets

Saturday: Auxillary Day
Bicep Curls 3 sets
Wrist Roll with Barbell 3 sets
Ab Crunches 4 sets
Side Bends 3 sets

Sunday: off

*On Wednesdays, alternate deadlifts and squats every other week.

As you can see, my training is a bit conservative. Lately Ive been taking the less is more approach. Also, I cut back on intesity on all my lifts to about 75-80%. I did this so I can gain some momentum and tweak my form while waiting for the test to kick in.

Im definately going to change this routine and any help will be appreciated! I know you usually recommend HIT style while on cycle and I think that would be the best for me as well.

Give me a couple days to come up with something good.

More than likely it will be bastardized DC with quite a bit of cardio, so as to lean you up and gain some nice lean mass at the same time. Seeing how you’re on for 12 weeks, I can’t imagine it would be too hard for that to happen.

Well this fucker just made my last post disappear.

I basically said to give me a day or two to come up with something good. It’s more than likely going to be bastardized DC with a heavy emphasis on cardio. Should get you looking pretty lean and I’m sure you’ll put on some good mass as well, seeing how you are on for 12 weeks.

Did cardio this morning
Walked for 40 min. outside

Also, I did the extreme stretches. Some I did right after training a particular muscle group, others I did after the whole workout. I did this because the gym was packed today and I needed to get to the rack or bench when I could. These freakin stretches are excruciating, especially the one for chest!

Anyway, I felt great in the gym today. Got some great pumps and my stamina was pretty good too! Sweat was dripping like a water fall. I love this program already…Thanks World!

Sorry I hadnt posted in a couple of days, had to go out of town on an emergency. I had to skip tuesday training because of the trip, however I made up for it on Wednesday. (Dont get too mad at me World) The training was as follows.

Of course all this in addition to the extreme stretches and morning fasted cardio.

As of today Im 6 shots in. Im starting to notice a slight increase in libido and a weight increase of about 7lbs which seems like mostly water.

Im having trouble staying asleep at night. This whole week I averaged about 4 hours per night. This is drfinately affecting my will to go train, but i havnt let it stop me. Im going to pick up some ZMA today, hopefully it helps.
