Jazz's First Cycle Log!

Actually Electric, you are right! My intentions were to post up everything concerning my diet today only just to get some feedback. I am by no means going to post my diet every single day! And I also wanted to post my thoughts on my first injection.

But I have an idea, seriously! Why dont some of you more experienced guys show us noobs the type of things we should be posting in our cycle logs. Im saying this because we here a lot about what not to do all the time. Or point us in the direction of some threads that have the correct type of posts in one’s cycle log. I am not being sarcastic here, im truly serious.

Ironmike, let the challenge begin!!![/quote]

I do second this, I would like to know what people want to know in logs. I was just going to post how injections went, how I felt on test compared to not being on it, sides effects, problems, my training, weight gain, composition, and only posting diet if it is out of the ordinary. If there was anything else I and others would like to know.

Well, my first day was pretty good. I think Im off to a pretty good start. I ate about 3700 calories with clean foods while seperating carbs and fats in my meals.

I trained Chest and Triceps pretty hard. My training looked like this

Bench
135 (warm-up)
185 X 10
225 X 8
275 X 3

Incline bench
185 X 6
205 X 4
225 X 3

Bumbell Flat Bench
70lb dumbells X 10
90lb dumbells X 8

Incline Dumbell Bench
same as dumbell flat bench

Decline Bench
225 X 8
250 x 6

Tricep Pulldowns
185 X 10
225 X 8
250 X 4

Overhead Pulls
same as pull downs

Feeling a dull soreness in my right glute from the injection, but its nothing to complain about at all!

Why are you doing dumbbell and barbell flat bench?

I read somewhere that the dumbbell bench stimulates more fibres and core muscles in an effort to control the weighht and keep it in position, maybe thats his reason for it

It might be better to write diet down on a piece of paper through the day as u eat it instead of posting

breakfast-bowl of bran flakes

new post

lunch-big mac+fries+coke

new post

dinner-kfc bucket with fries+ketchup

if the complete daily diet was all laid out together in one post its easier for people for critique it and give their opinions as it gives a better view of their overall diet rather than meal my meal spread all over the place

In my personal opinion if you want to keep a log/blog then use the blog feature in your Tpage, if anyone is interested in what you are doing then can read it at leisure anytime, you may say that people can simply choose not to read your thread if they do not like it, but although that is the case I think it should not be constantly bumped to the top of the steroid forum and pushing down other more informative threads.

I personally do not think that anything you have posted in this log so far is really very helpful to anyone, hence the wealth of negative comments so far.

If you run a course and fell you have some helpful anecdotal information to pass on to les experienced users maybe you could wait until you have finished your course and then write a brief summary of how it went, with advice on what you might have done better and things like that.

I plan to write two similar threads in the near future one will be about my experience using metformin the other will be my experience using HGH, I do not feel these experiences need a daily log, and will summarise them once I am done.

if you and Iron mike wan to challenge each other then competition is a great encouragement, but please do it via PM, and maybe let us know the results after you have both completed your course and PCT

Well electric, what you have said makes since. However, how can you expect me or others to know this when so many other logs have similar info? I asking because you jumped down my throat when all I did was follow the information laid out in other logs.

And it makes since to me to post up any progress or lack thereof in order to get advice from more experienced people and to help other people learn from my success or mistakes. So one more question, what should be in a thread like this from week to week or day to day?

Also, I hope that you will communicate this information to others who have “better” logs and threads.

The reason for the flat & incline barbell and dumbell presses is similar to what ironmike wrote but not soley for that purpose. I use dumbell presses mostly in a slower rep fasion and to get a stretch in the negative movement beyond what I would get with the flat barbell press. It has also helped with my form on the flat barbell press.

That was just my personal opinion on log’s like this Jazz, not just yours but all similar logs.

I certainly did not jump down your throat my response was in fact to the wannabe who asked “how should we log”

I have no right to tell you what to post and how to do it, I just think that unless you are very knowledgeable and/or are trying something rather new and radical that people will be interested in then there is no reason to keep a thread like this bumped everyday.

Like I said there is a blog section in your t-page and it is meant for these types of daily ‘journals’ and that is where I personally feel they should go.

Take the wannabes recent log entry he discus??s the intricacies of his hip measurements, does that seem like a post that should be in the steroid forum? In my opinion that should have been posted in the muscle sorority section.

Nobody is really benefiting from this thread including most importantly you, and if this thread has become an annoyance to some of the vets then it will only alienate them against you and you will lose out on some very beneficial advice you could have got from them.

Haha, yea I do agree on that sadly. I was trying to defend my waist size >.<. I was thinking about only posting bi-weekly on my cycle when it comes up. That way I get two posts a week instead of seven. Will allow more blog with less “Here I am! Look at me”-ness.

I do believe you are correct in what you are saying and will adjust this log accordingly! I appreciate your advice and the fact that you took the time to discuss this in an intelligent manner, unlike some others. Its eaiser to hear points when done so like this!

Found my camera on Wednesday night. Just posting it up because I said I would. This is a pic I took right after finding it. Also, I will use for my before cycle status.

2 shots in as of Thursday. Virtually no pain, all is well.
Jazz

Ready for that 8 week total body recomp you spoke of.

Sorry but I was bored and could not help but notice the grumpy alien in your picture

Wow… That’s a new one!

Until I see the arms (and probably after I see them), I have to say that I don’t see any change other than in increase in body fat. Also…wheels?

Quick question…

I had some slight irritation and itchiness in my right nip today. Could this be gyno lurking up at such an early stage (4 days in)?

Reminder:
Im on 500mg/week of Test E.

No, you’ll know when gyno flares up. If your nips become real puffy or have hard build up behind or around them then yes you have gyno.

Thanks EC! It was jus kinda weired because thats never happened before.Come to think of it, I was outside a while yeasterday and today, could have been a mosquito or something.

I don’t see a 17 pound difference. But again, I’m awaiting the total body transformation. And maybe your gyno is in your head.
