OK, you’re fucking up yet again.
You use what you think is your 7RM for your first set, not get fucking 7 reps every mini-set.
You go to failure on every set, not quit at 7. So in other words, go heavy, go to failure, 10 breaths, go to failure again, 10 breaths, go to failure again, and then breathe and stretch.
It’s really not that hard bud. Ask randizzo, he’s apparently got the idea down now.
World
World gave me a new program that is great. It is very intense! World, I had to modify it slightly yeasterday because of equipment avaiability in the gym! It was like New Years Day in the gym…Anyway, it went as follows.
Monday 5-5-08 Training.
Chest
Superset (3 sets of 10)
Cable Crossover (40lbs on each side)
DB Bench Press (65lbs DBs)
Superset (3 sets of 10)
Incline Barbell Bench (135lbs)
Incline DB Fly (35lbs DBs)
Abs
Superset (3 sets of 12-15)
Hanging Leg Raises (bodyweight 12reps)
Crunch (15 reps)
Cardio (Did this Cycle 3 Times)
10 Squat Jumps
10 Tuck Jumps
6 Sprints Length of Track
(With 10lb Medicine Ball)
20 Clean and Press Throws
20 Overhead Squats
20 Overhead Lunges 10 on each side
20 Mountain Climbers
Yeasterday started week 4 in the cycle. Weight today is 221lbs which is about a 10 lbs weight gain.
I attempted to inject in my right quad yeasterday. Put the needle in and felt a sharp pain, I think I hit a nerve or something. It scared me so I pulled it out and just used my left glute. Dont think Ill be trying that again. Ive been alternating glutes thus far, next week Im adding the ventrogluteal spots for injects.
Sleep has gotten a little better but im still feeling tired in the mornings. Ordered some ZMA and still waiting for it to arrive.
I cant really say that the test has fully kicked in yet however, Im noticing slight increases in libido and weight gain seems to be pretty slow and constant.
Its been 5 weeks or so…even though I’m not a fan of tons of logs, I would enjoy an update/some pics of your situation Jazz. You started your use from a unique disposition, so I’m interested.

Today begins week 10 and the final week of my cycle. Progress is as follows:
23lb weight increase with some, but not much water retention.
BF% has just slightly gone down, not sure how much yet.
Lifts are definately up!
Went from 275 X 3 in Bench press to
320 X 3 (with spotter)
Deadlift 350 X 3-395 X 2
Squat 325 X 2-375 X 2
Arms started at 15.5 inches. Now they are 16.3 inches.
Waist size is pretty much the same. Not sure about wheels and chest yet, gotta get some more measurements done.
I took pics throughout my progress but lost them due to a hard drive crash. However, I think I still have a before pic and I will take an after pic and get those up soon. When Im done, Ill post up a more detailed description of my results.

looks like you had some solid gains.
I’d highly suggest you now do what the vets suggested and do a big cut.
I plan to do a cutting cycle next. Not too soon though.

is this meant to be sarcastic? if not then care to elaborate on what would be beneficial about a big cut directly after a mass gaining cycle? Or did i read it wrong and you were just meaning after about 3-4 months?
