He was looking amazing and deserved the win. Especially his quads. Jesus.
From behind, Jay looked like a fucking overburdened, hormone laden bull.
I think his sheer size and the fact he was at least as conditioned as everyone else on stage really won it for him. Just so big…

He did it, made history. Deserved it thoroughly!
- Jay Cutler
- Branch Warren (Awesome!)
- Dexter Jackson (LOL, this guy has fuck all sportsmanship, refused to shake Branch’s hand)
- Kai Greene
- Phil Heath
- Victor Martinez
Fuck the haters!
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!
Although I personally wouldn’t have put Jay at the #1 spot, I am glad to finally see the man getting the respect he deserves from bodybuilding fans.

And why was this thread necessary?
There were already two other threads going on the Olympia 2009, both of which had the results and had moved on to a discussion of the winner. I think that is why PB Andy wrote this, not because the topic is not worthy or interesting.
^ This is what I meant, sorry for any confusion. It’s not a big deal anyways, I shouldn’t have made the post in the first place.
Some crazy shit! Branch Warren 2nd? I went to the expo but decided not to see the show…good for jay, nobody tries harder the Jay, he embodies the American dream.

BTW
I have pictures of myself with Ava Cowan, Marizia Prince, Jamie Eason, and Timea Majorva! Holy cream in my pants Olympia weekend!

NEED. PICS. NOW!

I’m almost completely positive I would not even be able to talk in the presence of marzia Prince. She reminds me of Brianna Banks, but more muscular and shapely, much more shapely. DROOL!

And Victor… i am always in awe of his physique, he has some damn perfect genetics IMO - but he looked smoother compared to some others who were spot on (not smooth mind you, just comparatively).

I never understood the victor love… His triceps are short (particularly in the back double bi if I remember right), his waist is usually just a bit too big for his physique (Insulin?) and (though this is not the fault of his genetics per se) his legs aren’t quite there probably still due to his injury.
Not that I consider his physique to be bad, of course, I just don’t understand why so many feel that he should have won several O’s…
we need pics of Jamie Eason!! damnit! Oh and a few of cutler wouldn’t hurt this thread either

i’m not sure of how his tricep looks from the back, but his side tricep pose is his bread and butter, Vic has great tri’s. I like vic’s off season appearance better, his shape is great.
C_C the rack chins are helping, thank you.

For me it is the sheer quality and proportion of his upper torso… his shoulders, chest, lats and biceps are damn near perfect IMO.
On another note - after 30mins of mandatories on fri night i really began to not see the differences of the competitors and could only manage to make out “simple sheer swole quality” on them all! lol
The O footage gives me workout motivation for the next 3-6months… i just watch 10-15mins in the afternoon and BAM! i am ready to go!
Of course… during these periods i remember all too clearly just how pathetic my measly muscles are in relation to decent bodybuilders.
(oh to have had slightly better genetics…)
I digress… sorry ;D
Never liked anything about Cutler. But damn, the man has redeemed himself this time out.
.
I’ll put the pics up very soon.
Marzia Prince was really tall, probaby 5’9 without heals. I didn’t even see her at a booth, I had to wait for her to finish eating to get a pic, I felt like such a stalker! She was really nice and had a super model look to her…I asked her if her sister was in town and she said no.
What a weekend!

Marzia… This was one of the worst photos of her I could find…
