James Cameron is a Fraud! [Proof]

Just had to share this with you guys… made me laugh out loud.

Which of those movies are you claiming imitates life?

I’m thinking Avatar since it’s fiction? Just a guess.

Well, the basic plot line is something we’ve seen over and over, but Cameron himself has said many times it’s just “cowboys and indians”, so I don’t think he’s trying to make it out as high art, at least not in terms of the actual screenplay, merely the use of technology in film making.

The Disney version of Pocahontas is every bit as fictional.

Honestly, did anybody NOT know what the plot structure of Avatar was going to be when they went into it?

The part that made the movie huge was all the innovations that Cameron came up with to actually make it… The stuff that he did in Avatar will change movies in the way that the Microchip changed electronic technology.

This is true, but is “based on actual events” i.e. she did help Smith, married him, etc…

Guys, guys, relax… this was meant to make you laugh. It made me laugh. Why so serious?

From what I understand most of the real story is unknown. Pretty much there was a john smith and a Pocahontas that helped the settlers. They weren’t in love (she married a different john) and the story of her saving smith are supposedly entirely fictional.

Pokeranus is a much better film than Pocahontas, imho.
