Jacked Legs and Snacks of Eggs

Hey LL,

UGH, I’m jealous you have an AWESOME brother! I should try to follow some of this. I feel the same about my legs.

questions:

  1. do you bench on a smith machine?
  2. do you do any warm ups before squats/deads? Im getting bored with mine.
  3. what if you did pushups BEFORE DB press…I bet you could do way more.
  4. can you do a vid of your deadlift? I want to see your form? (Not to critique, but to learn)

Bre

lol i know, I just follow what kheaslims workout tells me to do… which is why I’m doing the pushups at the end. But ya you’re right if I did them earlier I’d have more energy.

Any warm ups I do are usually extra sets with just the bar, or exercises that engage my glutes… since they’re lazy bastards.

I’ll see if I can get my bf to get a video of my deadlift soon… possibly on the weekend

This is totally off topic but since I don’t think you’ve ever posted a picture of your face, I’ve always pictured you looking like Dexter’s sister. Weird.

Nice lifting by the way. It’s great you have such a helpful brother. My brother put laminate flooring in my kitchen. That was awesome too. His back isn’t quite as nice as your brother’s though.

'bout g’damn time

Y U NO CURL IN SQUAT RACK?

ah, thanks for the explanation. i’m going to start doing mine with one leg at a time, too, since i know my right leg is a lot weaker than my left.

Dexters sister eh?? I’d say I’m more of a weird Amanda Bynes/Julia Styles mix…

Hopefully tomorrow I get a better progrss pic or video

This week I’m trying to compress my workout to add one with my boyfriend… which only leaves me with Sunday as a rest day. So far it feels like too much so I’m not sure I’ll be doing it ever again!

Hey LL! Nice to see you around these parts - welcome!

Training looks good. I’ll be following along

This sounds weird, but it seems like you have the genetics for this stuff.

How long do you usually stick to a program?

i’ll stick to a program for about 5 weeks … my body just starts to get bored of it and i have to pester kheaslim for something new

Curious why you think that seems to be the case?

Ok, after this week of the new workout, I decided I will NOT be wokring out with Jeff (the boyfriend) on the weekend.
This workout is hard enough and I NEED those recovery days.

thanks for the vid!!! I use the same grip. I think my stance is wider though and I get down lower- whether it’s necessary, right or wrong, I have no idea. But my ass hurts!!! In about 5 weeks I’ll post some vids for critique. I notice you dont rest at the bottom at all either. I try to do this as well through the sets but its hard! Thank you!!
