Jacked 31 Conditioning 10-15 mins

Hey CT,
Just have a question on cardio/conditioning about your Jacked 31 program which I’m about to commence.

You suggest adding 10-15 minutes of conditioning at the end of each on the main strength training sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, which appeals to me as I have personally found when conditioning is part of my training, overall, I feel better and I don’t see any impacts in strength gains.

I have just read up on your article ‘The Best and Worst Cardio for Natural Bodybuilding’ where you suggest ‘Intense Post-Lifting Cardio’ should be avoided as it will increase AMPK levels by inhibiting mTor, thus hurting muscle growth.

I’ve always added cardio ‘finishers’ to my workouts, normally 5-10 minutes, to get my conditioning in and I always feel great afterwards, but now, I’m confused to if I’m causing more harm (inhibiting muscle growth) than good.

Could you help elaborate if following the conditioning recommendations in Jacked 31 is fine to implement and how, if it won’t, interfere with muscle growth?
