J4GGA2's Log: Becoming More Athletic

Hows the ChadBot?

I mean two weeks in and it’s pretty good, the AI sheets they use are pretty smart which is nice. The volume right now is pretty disgusting, but from what I’ve seen from the group to system tends to start you out with a slightly higher MEV.

For me, I think the really big benefit of this long term is that I trust it 100%. I’m prone to either tinkering with pre-written programs (BBB) or to question my own programming and assistance choices. Now I can forget about that and just train, which is already helping loads.

The program is building me up to test in 19 weeks, and I’m excited to see what I can do.

It still be 28 usd a month?

Yeah. I think that works out to around 42AUD

Prescription model is big money jeezus

Absolutely, there’s at least 2000 members. That’s 52k USD per month alone

If he keeps up that aggressive marketing who knows might hit seven figures a year. That business though. Have you been watching JTS’ series on their history like both Chads and the business’. It’s pretty cool

To be honest I haven’t watched too many of their videos, but I’ve read a couple of the books and heard a few podcasts. Chad started training football players, right?

IIRC BJJ actually.

This session is just one big angry react.

Warm-Up:

  • Plantar Fascia SMR

Leg single hip thrusts. Sounded good on paper to me because I got relatively weak glutes and imbalance L v R but ended up being dog shit to perform

Doing my 12th set of glute Bridges on one leg is such a mindfuck. That session is the devil’s work

Ngl I just really enjoy conjugate. It’s probably not ā€œthe bestā€ program to get a phat total but I don’t care. I always feel hyped to train on this style of programming, and for me that’s most important right now

Fair. Enjoy

Ironic change of pace, but I’ve found my first PL comp (fucking finally). It’s going to be held out of my gym on June 21st and it’s novice only. Still undecided if I’ll jump off conjugate tbh. It’s either stick with this or just use Drew’s programming because it’s free
