Indeed they did, mid December went into another lockdown and gyms had to close again in most of the country, so I’m back at the local park.

It’s ok. They may take away ur gym but they will never take ur freak genetics. A month or two + muscle memory and you’ll be back to peak. That being said I think strengthshop UK just restocked

So I guess I’ve had so many training breaks that its put me back in observation period because of insufficient SBD data. cool. So Im doing Sheiko template work.

Moved to a different area with a lower tier of closures so gyms are open for me again, for the time being anyway. At least I can squat and deadlift again, even in bench is off the cards for a while.

I feel for u my online friend. Our cultures are a little similar I think so I can relate to Asian parents being a bit um frustrating at times. How u coping? Are other forms of exercise enough or dose nothing match the high of a big lift?
