I think that’s something I actually would probably invest in for a home gym. I do enjoy the stability of a platform for deads and squats both.

Some days are meant to be light but on average I find the app under prescribes for me especially on deads because I do reps good. I was talking with the bossman Robert Fredrerick and he said is k to bump the weight up to 20-30kg to hit the right RPEs.
Cool, might do that. I think these were supposed to be light, there was only one dot under the weight so wasn’t responding to RPE, but I’ll go heavier anyway.
But like still relatively ez. As heavy as u a want while it is still ez. Few triples-fives at 65-75% seems about right at least for me. Probably not heavier because it’ll mess with ur next heavy day.
