Conventional is not the way

240 kg deadlift I forgot you pulled sumo, so I thought that a 20 kg pb is massive.
Then just for fun and giggles 8 x 240 kg (530 lbs) that’s so impressive.
I would say not many would see you pull 240 and say you were weak.
How much do you weigh? I reckon you’re pulling well over 3x body weight in sumo!
I hit 4x bodyweight as my max sumo. But I’m up at 88kg ATM so 240 isnt quite 3x.

You are MUCH more likely to pull 200 at 50kg than 160 at 40.
