Now I really regret not lifting in college. At the time I wrongfully thought that if I get addicted to lifting, then suddenly stop after college, that I would gain a lot of fat if for whatever reason I had to stop lifting (was already planning to get into med school then). Dumbass. Should have known better.

Hah, I spent a year living in Bristol in 2002, right near the Downs, when my Dad worked at the University of Bristol (we’re from New York). Love that city, still have a lot of good friends there.

Yea I love these, my go to ‘chest exercise’ when im not prescribed competition bench.

When I get bored of powerlifting Id probably spend a few months seeing what I could do with nothing but rings.
