Mate when I was running I literally couldnt eat enough to keep weight on. I would eat whole roast chickens for dinner and was still 73kgs.
Seems to be the opposite for me, running gains me weight.
I had exact same issue when i boxed in the army. Training 3x a day made me 5x as hungry and i ended up putting on weight! (Luckily i kept it just enough check to not fall into the next weight category above!)

Haha thanks. Honestly was pretty disappointed, it was for a virtual powerlifting comp that I’m only entering because it’s for the launch of a powerlifting app a friend of mine designed.
Before Christmas I’m pretty confident I could have hit 290 or 300 for the trips.

2 weeks ago was doing another half marathon and ended up doing something to my right knee. Feels like I’ve hurt the previous meniscus tear, and haven’t run since. Doing s tentative 5k tonight to feel it out, got a physio appointment in the morning. Big step back though
