What a circus. What a hullabaloo over a bunch of nonsense. Much ado about nothing.

Regardless of whether the Republican or the Democrat wins, nothing significant is going to change.

Look, senators don’t do anything important. Governors don’t do anything important. Even Presidents rarely do anything important.

Massachusetts already had a Republican governor just a few years ago. So what? So nothing. Big Fucking Deal. He even would have been a much better presidential candidate than that senile old man, John McCain, but the GOP was too stupid to nominate him last election.

Everything in a capitalist democracy is controlled by wealthy business owners whose names the public has never heard.

If your net worth isn’t over 10 million USD, it’s not worth worrying over. You have no influence over anything in politics. Your single vote determines nothing and any energy you spend following this circus will be wasted.
Vox populi, vox dei.

Even for plutocrats.

Good luck today everyone in Mass. Hopefully brown can pull a win and then continue to act like an (old school Ron Paul) Republican while he is in office.

Mathematical model, correct in 35 previous Senate races, picks Brown.

Now I know Red Sox fans are die-hard, but does a screw up like this turn voters? Considering the importance of this election, I’d think not (for most cases).
Martha Coakley speaking to Dan Rea (WBZ News Radio)

Dan Rea: Yeah, but now Scott Brown has Curt Schilling, okay?
Martha Coakley: Another Yankee fan.
Dan Rea: What… Schilling?
Martha Coakley: Yes.
Dan Rea: Curt Schilling a Yankee fan?
Martha Coakley: No, alright I’m wrong, I might… I’m wrong.
Dan Rea: The great Red Sox pitcher of the bloody sock?!
Martha Coakley: Well, he’s not there any more.
It’s the people’s seat - Scott Brown WON!!!

Demagogues get elected by promising to equally distribute wealth, ignoring whose wealth it is. Greedy voters play along to get benefits.

This is certainly true today. Our form of government is wholly reliant for it’s long term health on the character of it’s citizens. That character has drastically changed since the 18th century.
