Operation moderation during thanksgiving: big fucking fail! However, I’m going to press on now. Had a super awesome sesh today, thanks to alllllll dem carbs! I didnt write it down because I was at a different gym than normal and played with different machines.
Monday I’m going to switch my focus to more oly lifting. Its time for a change and I have a flipping sweet set up for oly that I might as well take advantage of. And…I really do miss it.
Also: I…can’t…stop…eating…sugars!! I’m going to do a little HIIT and cook some meals for tmro so I have no wiggle room.
Meh its one day maybe two. Enjoy it.
I sure did… also, does make for EPIC SESS! Yayeeeee carbs.
I ate probably 6000k calories yesterday… it was a lot of food. And didn’t feel guilty one bit. And I had a killer fucking session today. And now I’m going to drink a lot. I’ll feel guilty about that tomorrow.

tbh I never got complicated with it (programming). I just stuck with catalyst athletics programs and did most of the stuff that it prescribed, and just changed little things on my own (core work, rehab work, etc). if you have any questions lemme know.

And yeah, the food situ was out.of.control! But I’m sure that little refeed did the body good. Its nice to plumpen those muscles up a bit. Plus that HGH distended belly look is kinda sexy.
