It's a Snap

Killing log.
My son is 10 and 75 pounds soaking wet. He wants me to train him because he wants to do the pec pop of love (see: the Rock). I told him, “honey, you need pecs first.”

I hope you’re giving her lots of encouragement and advice.[/quote]
You should have heard me:

“Oh my God. You’re a natural! Awesome!”

Because she is.

There is a slight problem in that she has no interest in powerlifting.

Trained today. I hate Wednesday training because it’s bench. But I go anyways. Flat bench, CGB, seated rows, standing lats, decline weighted situps, lying DB tricep extensions.

Told my coach today that I’m good with it as long as I can throw on a shirt and hit bodyweight at a meet. Not a lofty goal, I know.

Watched the big boys bench and deadlift at the Arnold via livestream. Your coach was head ref the entire time I watched; he was the man and he was in total control!

Its ironic, Ive have the opposite thing going on. I’m more worried about my oldest getting into lifting too much, and that it takes away from his other athletic endeavors.

Yeah. He’s like that. Don’t mess with him. Although I do.

He’d put up with any kind of backtalk from you, from what I’ve seen. The man is fond of you.
Log killed.
