Do you have your own caliper? I thought I remembered you saying you did somewhere.

Yep - being a technogeek and gadget lover, I bought a package deal at GNC consisting of a MyoTape and Fattrack2 caliper. The caliper is electronic and pressure sensitive (supposedly to give a consistent reading). It uses a three site protocol and spits out a BF %.
Really is an education on how much variation you can get with your pinches and how much the total depends on the skill of person doing the measurement.

Back is wider. You got more hamstring muscle and we can see your cheekbones. Lookin’ tighter and your posture is better.
Keep on keepin’ on!
Thanks guys!
I do note several areas (posture and belly) that I will continue to improve. I’m approaching the stage where weight loss should slow or stop and (hopefully) body recomposition continue.
Back is definitely wider and over all you’re tighter. Great for only 2 months. Also you just look more confident with yourself. First pix you’re kind of drawn in, second, bam, here I am world. Grooming practices have changed, too. More confident look. Excellent all around.

Thanks Hel! - re: grooming - Yeah I got tired of hair flying around and went to the buzzed style both on beard and hair.
Impressive results!! I would second all the comments listed above, but you also look at least ten-years younger in the second picture. Energy level just looks better.
Liked the beer/chips picture.
The foam roller is a little painful the first couple times but well worth the effort over time. Keep it up.
Great progress, lets see another drastic change in a few months.

Amazing photos soldog. I bet that was a fun ride.
It was a lot of fun. Maybe not as hard as some (unless I’m getting used to the effort required to ride these trails).
I finished off the afternoon with some GPP. I got out the chainsaws and taught my son how to use one while cutting up some old dead Aspen for firewood for around 2 hours.
