Haven’t been keeping up the log but I have been in the gym. I dropped weight to try and build up the tendons again. I am going to gradually start uping the weight but from a healthier perspective for my old bones. Stricter form and all that…

Strong deadlifts (had to look up Dimmel). Lot of sprints, too.
