  • Good mornings felt a bit rough. Should be hitting some heavier weights with them next bulk, which won’t be really fun.

  • This is a whole new world of suck, god damn. The lack of floppiness and increased weight really make it suck.
  • Shoulder carries were rough, felt like half of my body was being squished.
