the news . . . haven’t you read any of the articles?
Israel’s response
well the news…
2 israeli commandoes were shot. 1 in the lower limbs and the other somewhere in his stomach, a 3rd soldier was badly injured from a sever blow to the head.
i really dont know why ur so biased, israel did the wrong thing, they should have waited untill the boats hit the idf waters. but besides that they were good, they did not fire first! and did not harm innocent people!
so get your head out of you behind and look at the facts.
and israel officially does not have nuclear arms…no 1 cares what u think or how many diffrent web sites your gonna post here!
and it is also very clear from all the videos that are out the the IDf did not shot first or came on the boat shooting… it is possible to see all the “peace activists” were not running away (i would run if i was under live fire…and im brave) but instead they attacked the soldiers with many different weapons (metal poles)

At what point do you think these boats, headed for Gaza, would have entered Israeli territory?
I repeat, why is Vanunu going back to jail, back to solitary confinement again, if they have no nuclear weapons program? Are they jailing him to make the rest of the world think that they do have one? Please, do whatever mental acrobatics are required to explain that.
I’m going to sidestep all of the issues regarding who initiated the violence here (paintball guns? ROFL) and make this very simple for you: how can you justify the murder of civilians on a humanitarian mission in international waters? Who initiated the violence here? Did the civilian ships attack an IDF helicopter as the Israelis claim? With what?
And because you failed to address this point last time: where is the footage proving the Israelis acted in the manner they claim, when there were journalists with the IDF?

I fucking love this. The Israelis can use phosphorous rounds on civilian targets (I think they mortared UN aid buildings too!), ignore their own rules of engagement, continue to build settlements on Palestinian land, and that isn’t terrorism?
What is Israel has done and does on a daily basis is state terrorism, I wish someone would blow up the israeli lobby up in America maybe then something might happen to these scums.

You are a troll. I am a troll too but you are an idiot-troll.
The Israelis said for them to be inspected before being allowed to land, to see if there were weapons. As usual, they got bullets for answers.
No criticism either for bringing innocent people in as a human shields, troll-boy?

You are a mega troll and a an idiot do some research then come back here. The activists were within their right to fight back as they were in international waters and therefore the IDF were effectively pirates once they boarded and from which source did you get the information that the activists fired at the IDF, i’m suspecting it was an Israeli press release because the israeli’s always tell the truth!

Quoting this in case you decide to edit it later. You’re going on my ignore list, because although I find your far right spiel amusing, trying to troll a thread about the murder of innocent people is going too far. You’re a disgrace.
No wonder Iran wants to destroy Zionism

So what is your contention here, that Israel Defense Forces woke up one morning and decided to randomly attack civilian targets with Phosphorous rounds?
You are a moron,
The cowards who hide behind women and children and sets up fire positions inside schools, hospitals and government buildings while forcing the innocent civilians to remain in the buildings with them are the ones responsible if the human shields they force to stay are injured in a return fire engagement, not the ones responding to the initial attacks.
It is the lowest of the lowest of the lowest scum who hid behind children in order to “protect” the same children from harm. What kind of a man uses a child as body armor? What kind of a warrior hides under the skirts of a woman to protect his own balls?
this is what Netenyahu had to say:
Netanyahu expressed “regret” for the loss of life but said the soldiers had no choice. “Our soldiers had to defend themselves, defend their lives, or they would have been killed,” he said.
this is of course a bull-shit specious argument. The aggressor can not claim self defense. doesn’t work. it is a legal impossibility.
how is the US going to pander to Israel now? What justification will the US use to continue to kiss their ass?
I’m tired of it…it’s a worn out tune…Israel is always right. Why?,political fundraising is why.

Since when is self-defense terrorism? Every conflict with Israel has been started by those who attack it in order to destroy it. NAME ONE CONFLICT THAT WAS INSTIGATED BY ISRAEL?

White phosphorous rounds are banned from use where civilians may be harmed, and you think it’s legitimate to use them? Oh, right, because they’re being used as human shields!? I guess those people taking shelter near apartment blocks were all human shields? The warehouses storing food and medicine, that’s all an elaborate ploy too, those had to be hit too? Were they full of human shields or something?
If I’m the moron for abhorring the murder of innocent people, then I pity you.

Do you even do the most rudimentary of research before bending over backwards to defend them?

Let me get this straight - your opinion is that Israel is the aggressor here?
let’s proceed with the timeline.
-
Group of people openly declare their intent to break the law by running the Israeli blockade of its own territorial waters
-
Same group of people openly declare that they will not allow Israeli authorities to inspect the cargo their are bringing into Israeli territory.
-
Israel provides a timely instruction that they must submit to inspection and cannot proceed into Israeli territorial waters (ITW) without permission from Israeli authorities
-
Same group of people defy the orders of the Israeli government and proceed to sail towards ITW and Israel intercepts the ships and boards them the inspect them and stop their entry ARMED WITH PAINTBALL GUNS!
-
Same group of people plan a violent assault on the Israeli forces, attacking the legitimate authority representatives with pipes, knives and even their own guns, while the Israeli forces try to go about their duties - once the crowd begins to inflict serious life-threatening harm on the Israeli authorities they respond with force.
Who were the aggressors again?

Fallen at the first hurdle! Nice try though!

Thanks for the handy reference material - did you read your own source?
1948 War of Independence- started by? Arab armies determined to prevent Israel from becoming an independent state under the legally authorized UN mandate
The Sinai War - started by Egypt’s taking control of an international zone
The Six Day war - started by an invasion of Israel
War of Attrition - started by the Egyptians
Yom Kippur War - started with a surprise attack on Israel
First Lebanese War - response to attempted assassination of the Israeli government officials by the same terrorist groups who had been assaulting Israel for some time from southern Lebanon
Second Lebanese War - response to the kidnapping of Israeli soldiers by terrorist organizations still operating out of southern Lebanon
Did you actually have a point other then proving mine?

they didn’t openly declare their intent to break the law?
