Holy shit… the authors Instagram came across my feed and I read it.
Talk about bullshiting the uninformed.
The guy practically claims he came up with the concept of utilizing stretch bands for manipulation of the strength curve.
He also acts like the concept of accommodating resistance is some new concept. Apparently he’s not aware of Arthur Jones…lol
Oh it gets better… I asked when he came up with the notions of bands . He actually replied back!
The answer… 3 years ago!!! I almost pissed myself.
