Is This Considered USPA Depth?

No, no one mentioned it yet. I see the logic behind it, could be a good idea, but I don’t really want to incorporate too much variation into my training when I’m close to a meet.

I had light deadlifts today and tried flat shoes to see how much different it would feel. I’m probably not gonna stick to it, just wanted to try it out. Got to this depth:

My heels were moving around so I’m not gonna fuck with flats for now.
