I have somewhat elevated sugar. I have been using the Labrada “Lean Body” meal replacement for quite some time. I tested it today with my Glucose meter. I started out at 10:00 AM at 92 blood glucose. After taking the Labrada I was 129 within 30 minutes. After 2 hours I’m still at 127. Is this considered a “spike” like a high glycemic food would do?
I would be interested in the answer also. I use the same MRP and sometimes it does feel like I crash afterwords.
Ofcourse there is about 40 carbs in this so it should up the glucose but I don’t know how much.
