Is This A Good Bulking Cycle

Hey guys I’m 158lb 6’2 and a fairly athletic build I can bench, squat and deadlift more than I weigh so Ive put in a little time at the gym I don’t know my body fat % but it’s quite low naturally but from my first cycle of test 500mg weakly for 16 weeks I’ve packed on 10 kg of muscle I was 60kg (132lb) before cycle :joy: I know that’s skinny as but believe me I was just really fuckn ripped. Im looking to going on another cycle for bulking
Test e 500 (two jabs)
Deca 300 ( 1 jab weekly
Dbol 20 mg every day for first 4 weeks
My goal is to hit 85kg ( 187lb)
And this is a 14 week cycle

Have you done any blood tests?
Especifically, how much natural testosterone are you producing; normally it would be quite high at 26, not to mention african race tends to have higer levels than average.

Most basic things you need.
-Total testosterone
-Free testosterone

I am teling you this because maybe its is naturally low and you wont be able to maintain your desired 85KG withouth TRT.

Anyway, regarding your previous cycle you did amazing, I dont think you will reach your goal of 85KG in the next cycle, (I know you didnt say that but just making sure) actually usually the first cycle is the best.

My personal Opinion, everything is perfect I would just remove the DBOL, (not a fan of orals and massive water retention, stretch marks due to very fast growth) If I were you, I would repeat the first cycle again, you look great, just maybe go for 600Test. And yeah add the deca but the version with not so long half life. (NPP)

For the third cycle maybe you can flirt with tren ACE, but if possible stay away from it,JUST BE PATIENT, honestly you will naturally grow still, you are very young. 85k will come naturally even if you fall short (say 80kg) by the time you are 30+

I know what you are thinking F. that, I want it now, not in 5 years. I wish I had your natural low body fat. I strugle so much with diet just to go to 15%.

Not gonna say anything about PCT, acne managment, etc, because clearly you know what to do.

That’s not impressive. You should be able to bench at least 1.5x, squat 2x, and dead 2.5x imo to be a novice.

Your cycle is a classic mass stack. No issues there except you look pretty young to be dabbling.

I believe that anyone can do what they want, but before continuing to think about chemistry, you should learn to train and eat, because what you gained with your first cycle you could have gained naturally, but if you want to keep going, do it.
