Pellet therapy is the least effective and most profitable, no doctor who is educated is doing pellets unless it’s for pure profit. When I see bad advice, I will tell you to get out of dodge.
Too many men come to these forums detailing how there were/are on pellets and create the post not seeking help, but to warn others to stay away from pellets.
I will say pellets work better for females as do the tropicals which is why you may be treating two patients with one scrotal application, women are that sensitive.
Based on what I know about pellets, if a doctor offers pellets first, this tells me his first interest is in my wallet.
Well she isn’t forcing pellets on me, that’s just what the clinic is advertising. She literally told me in detail about all of my options and told me it’s up to me to decide which I think is best for me. I decided on doing the injections and she said she is going to put me on test cyp, but she wants me to go to a fertility clinic before she prescribes. She seems to really care and she even called me today to tell me she didn’t mention clomid during our consult, because it’s the least effective in this case, but she just wanted me to be aware of every possible option. It seems as tho this doctor really wants to help and cares less about the money cause she even said she was going to try and get insurance to cover the test as I will be doing self injections.
Positive thought is the same as holistic medicine, except thought might actually have more active ingredients. Seriously. Holistic is code for “give me your money for nothing”.

This is what I was thinking. Plus they dont take insurance. I should have just been patient cause I feel like I wasted money getting bloods done here when the other place, bloods was covered by insurance.
I almost posted in this thread earlier but got side tracked, thankfully you took the words right out of my mouth.
If this doctor really understands how to get you feeling optimal, injectable T would have been the very first recommendation.
Scrotal cream is number two and don’t really have any recommendations beyond that. I believe you want to start TRT immediately and don’t want to keeping looking for better care, I understand.
