if you take in 60g per day, it may have a slight negative effect, at least that is the level in rats. btw this is more than 5kg of splenda per day, i’m pretty sure at that point you will have ruined your pancreas due to the maltodextrin in it (like most of the 5kg - that’s 20000 kcal for all you bulkers out there).
both stevia and sucralose are ‘healthy’ substitutes for sugar. my suggestion is you try both and pick the one you like better. both are quite safe at normal quantities. you are more likely to have your health affected negatively by worrying about it than using either. leave the emotional, political mongering to the fools.
