Mrsniffles is on the right track. I was reading through a Men’s Journal at the gym while I was on the stair climber, and even they said to stay the hell away from it citing recent (prehaps the same) studies. I can’t find it online, and I even see they’ve been skeptical of the anti-soy claims in the past.
Which gives me more reason to avoid soy. I’m sure more studies will be done, but the evidence seems to be mounting.
And I’ll even give props to Biotest: I heard it here first. I was skeptical until recently, but good on Biotest/T-Mag for calling it.
