I used the 2 together, but only ran for 12 weeks so maybe I didn’t give the EQ long enough. I did get a slight boost in appetite, may be it was synergy between the 2 that gave me my new lean muscle, I wouldn’t know as both were used together.

Also depends on the bar as well. Most gyms, the knurling is too smooth. What you want is a bar with deep knurling. Hurts, but it’s fckijg great.
