Hi everyone! I have a couple questions I would like to ask as I see various answers. I started my 10 week cycle 500mg a week with testoviron-depot 250mg. I am not going to use anything else but train and eat big. Do I need to consider using PCT after I completed my cycle? How long do I have to wait to start an other 10 weeks? What do I have to do to put back my natural T production back to normal after I completed my goals? I really appreciate your help! Thank you all!
Yes, you need to run pct. Start two weeks after your last injection. The search function will lead you to ~9,000,000,000 posts about what a proper pct looks like. Maybe get through your first cycle before planning the next one, eh sport?
Fair point thanks
Hi, I don’t want to be spoon fed and I am doing my research I just need confirmation as various comments on these. So my cycle will look like:
Test E 250mg / 2x a week (Mon,Thu) for 10 weeks
Arimidex 0.5mg / 2x a week (Mon,Thu)
Nolvadex 40mg / day for 2 weeks
Nolvadex 20mg / day for 2 weeks
Nolvadex will start 2 weeks post last pin of T.
After Oct 5 weeks off
Am I correct? I am 34yo… training since 5-6 years, 72kg.
Thank you in advance
I would recommend being off for at least as long as you are on…ie 10 weeks minimum. Better yet 14-16 weeks. Definitely get some blood work six weeks or so after pct is completed to judge your state of recovery before making any decisions.
Thank you I will follow your advice. I had no blood work done before so I will do a test after I completed PCT. The cycly and PCT dosage looks good you think? Thank you for your advice. Helps a lot
Also one more question. Arimidex in my area is available but super expensive. Do I have to use it even if side effects doesn’t occurred or just keep that in hand in case. As I know I can get it anytime. What your thoughts on that? Tamoxifen is available easily here so pct won’t be a problem.thank you
Looks like a solid first cycle to me. Some people don’t require an ai even at those dosages but I believe those people are the exception. There are members here that strongly advocated against ai use. I advise to pay close attention to any high e2 symptoms and start adex at .25mg e3.5d if you decide you need it. Blood work is important, although it provides only a “snapshot “ of your hormones it is better than guessing.
That looks good, yes.
As far as time off vs time on you should think about it this way: time off means time off, meaning no drugs. So it would be 10 weeks on cycle, four weeks on pct, so your official time on would be 14 weeks. You would take at least 14 weeks post-recovery before starting again.
Thanks guys! Big help
Thank you! I will follow the advices closely. Thanks again really appreciate it
One last question guys sorry. I am comfortable to use buttocks as IM and would like to keep it that way. Do you suggest rotating sites left to right and back or right is good enough for twice a week. Only first week done, a bit sore already. But I’m right handed should I learn left as well for this case?
Ventrogluteal. Google it and read the top result. It should be a how-to guide for nurses/nursing students. I do two pins a week and rotate left-right with no issue. I’m extremely right handed and learned to do it with my left quite easily. You’ll be fine if you take your time and focus on the process. It may seem daunting at first but it gets much easier.
Dorsogluteal is fine as well. Same rules apply. Little harder with your non-dominant hand because you have to reach back a bit further, but certainly not something that cannot be overcome with a bit of practice.
Appreciate it thank you
Your only mistake with your cycle is that your coming off of it. 34 years of age. Stay on. PCT is for the birds.
Lol. Are you serious ?
100 %. Instead of pct go down to whatever dosage will bring you towards the upper physiological range for test. So like 800-900 ng/dl. Depends on what sort of test you take.
I get it though. That might be too complicated. People like things easy.
Also you might not even need arimidex. If you don’t have any symptoms related to elevated estrogen there is no purpose putting such a potent drug in your body. Arimidex has way more potential side effects then 250 mgs of test 2 x a week. I always thought it was amusing how people assumed arimitase inhibiters are innocuous drugs.
Ideally you should start your cycle and get blood work done.
Blood work before you start
Blood work after you startt
Blood work a couple weeks after you finish
This give you an idea of what your bodies normal biochemistry is prior to getting during and after and you can adjust. It would also let you know how high your estrogen gets and wether you need to take an armitase inhibitor. But I can assure you that you can take your test and no AI and if you start getting high estrogen #1 you will have emotional and psychological side effects perhaps elevated anxiety and #2 your nipples will start to get sore. At that point then you can start dosing with the arimidex.
You can take arimidex and crash your estrogen which is also bad. How do you know how you will respond to .5 mgs 2 x week. You assume thats good because thats what you see in all the forums that gym rats post their cycles and ask other people to ensure them they are doing it right.
Regardless of what you do you will probably be fine. Just be cognizant of what you do and how you do it.
I’ll have a look on this thank you. Any idea why it could be that I felt a little under the weather and all over the place after my second pin of 250mg Test E? Maybe I was just reading too much about the side effects or just my body trying to adjust to it? I will keep a close attention I hope the 3rd one won’t have the same feeling after. Only lasted a day tho. Slept like a baby and the next day I felt greater than ever. Thank you for your input Oglebee!
Hi all just wanted to update as maybe a few people will look back here. The symptoms disappeared since last time but occured today again. Felt amazing the last couple weeks. Anyone can explain why this can happen? Like your body shakes after a massive exhausting workout with mixed emotions and feelings. Thanks guys.
Body shakes actually? mixed emotions? thats kinda wierd
