Mwhities yeah man pretty sure we have talked on Facebook and IG and plenty of times. Never expected you to be here in the dark side of T Nation haha. I used to be very active on these boards but, got burnt on random people asking the same questions and then shitting on people trying to help. I still stalk the boards some but, hardly respond any more. If i had known i was kinda missed I’d have stayed haha.
