Here is my current plan:
.2 CC 200 mg/ml E3D
I had my blood work done the day before my shot so I could see what I was at my lowest before I inject.
Testosterone 660 and estradiol 20. The last time I did blood work it was 40 and my test was 1100 but I did my blood work the day after I injected. That seems like a big drop from 24 hours later and my estradiol being 20. Both are very odd to me and my libido is nill these days. Any suggestions?
I would increase to 60mg, twice weekly.
Go from .2 to .3? Will that raise my estradiol too?
Yes, most likely.
Yes, and yes.
My ideal E2 tends to be 5% of my total
Honest question, do you know this for sure because you tested that theory with wide ranges of TT? Or at your current TT the E2 hovers around 5% so you are going by that?
Ive tested it with different protocols making my E2 vary. Ive noticed that when my total T was high, but E2 was 5% or so of the total T, I felt great. even when Dropped the dose and the relationship stayed the same I felt great. but as my e2 went up or down out of that percentage,I didnt feel as good and was symptomatic
So how do you manipulate your ratio to stay at %5 E2 of TT? Whats the protocol for the different doses, and how did your E2 stray away from that ratio?
twice a week dosing. EOD dosing. using an AI, dropping AI, droppingHCG, dropping HCG. Ive had bloodwork countless times over the years
Very interesting to hear. You may be the first person who actually at least has anecdote. While you didn’t provide blood work or anything I will take your word for it. So many other people harp on about ratios but never actually even give vocal anecdote, I always wondered how they came to the ratio conclusion if they never tried to keep it consistent.
My other gripe with ratios is, if we aren’t dosing ED or at the very least EOD, how exactly do they function? As you said you like yours at 5% but what trough are you measuring it at? 5% on EOD obviously is more static and different than 5% on even twice weekly.
