Is It Ok to Pin in the Same Area EOD?

I’m starting a test and npp cycle and I’ve been on trt now and have been pinning ventrogluteal and it’s very easy for me. For the npp I’ll be pinning MWF so can I still pin ventrogluteal I’ve heard people say switch the spot and others say it’s fine? I pinned today in the other glute and it was a little painful and much more blood than usual came out after I pulled the needle out so I would plan on the same side I’ve been doing. Is it fine to use the same glute?

Just switch sides each time so you don’t build up scar tissue on one and not the other.

That being said, i pin daily and hit the same area (subq) eod without issue.

This is completely normal. A little pain is to be expected if you’re pinning with anything between 21-25g. The blood just means you’ve nicked a small vein on the way in and has nothing to do with the efficacy or absorption of the pinned compound. Pain, nicked veins and a little blood is something that comes with the territory with TRT/cycling steroids. You’ll get used to it.
If you’re pinning smaller amounts (less than 0.5ml) you can pin your deltoids with a 29g 1/2 inch insulin needle. It’s virtually painless. I also use these to pin my quads and they work perfectly.

I’d suggest rotating between atleast 4 sites. When I first started I would only do glutes (alternating sides) and still developed a minor abscess after a month and a half, I stopped pinning them and it went away, now when I do a cycle I pin quads and glutes, sometimes delts if I can get someone to do it for me.
