This is a stupid original premise. Going back a bit to the original post, Steppenwolfe suggested any organization with a disproportionately small amount of minorities should essentially be considered racist. This is ridiculous.
If you support that, to be consistent you must apply that standard to the other side. Any organization that has a disproportionately LARGE amount of minorities is racist by default, and needs to address that problem, or be disbanded, amiright?
