Hi Maverick88,
I also would have to agree with several others who have suggested to decrease your work sets, and check out Chad Waterbury’s articles. His set/rep bible is another good one to check out.
I’d also second the suggestion to vary your exercises. Doing deadlifts, lunges, and squats on the same day is way too much if you’re going heavy. Also, why would you do lunges before squats? Are you looking to use a prefatiguing paradigm?
I’m currently doing 2-a-days (sometimes 3-a-days) and am seeing good results. But, as to whether I would recommend that you follow suite, well that really depends on your level of conditioning and recovery abilities. If you have been training for a long time, have good conditioning, and seem to be recovering adequately (which by your post doesn’t look to be the case); then I’d say go ahead and go high frequency.
But, just make sure that you go into it slowly. Otherwise you may find yourself overtrained and actually start to regress, or get sick or injured.
Good luck and good training,
Sentoguy
