I wouldn’t say I have a fear of these guys, I have a healthy interest in the animal kingdom in general…but they are a little freaky looking.

Thing had a head the size of my thumb and was about 5 inches long and aggressively banged its head on a stick I used to try and poke him off the plant. shudder I love caterpillars too–usually.

Tomato Hornworms. We used to get these in tomatoes my mom would grow all the time. I thought they were awesome.
